Weekly Pool Service Starting at $129 a Month ! 
Our professional pool service technicians are responsible for the following during each scheduled visit:

• Brush pool surfaces on every visit

• Brush pool tiles on every visit

• Skim pool surface on every visit

• Vacuum pool as needed

• Adjust and balance pool water chemistry on every visit

• Backwash pool filters every two (2) weeks

• Inspect pool equipment on every visit

Service Frequency:

• Pool service is performed once per week

Weather & Environmental Conditions

• If it is raining when service is performed, chemicals will still be added, and the pool will be cleaned on the next scheduled service visit.

• Please note that excessive rain and extreme heat may cause chemicals to deplete more quickly.

• During rainy seasons, algae blooms may occur due to environmental conditions.

Services Not Included / Additional Charges
The following services are not included in standard weekly maintenance and will be billed as an additional charge:

• Phosphate treatments

• Fecal decontamination

• Storm clean-ups

• Hurricane clean-ups

• Pressure washing of pool or spa

• Any extreme contamination or debris removal

During natural disasters, if the pool is contaminated with debris, an additional charge will be added to the monthly rate.
Replacement Parts Policy

• Required replacement parts costing $40.00 or less (including baskets, filter gauges, O-rings, etc.) will be automatically installed and charged to the customer to ensure proper pool operation.

• Parts exceeding $40.00 will require customer authorization prior to installation.

Service Calls, Repairs & Diagnostics

• All service call diagnostics, repairs, or installations require prior authorization from the homeowner.

• A valid form of payment must be provided before scheduling.

Pricing:

• Diagnostic fee: $100 + labor + parts

• Once authorization is given, the homeowner agrees to pay for a Field Technician or Field Manager to diagnose the issue.

• If repairs are required, the homeowner agrees to pay for parts plus $150.00 per hour in labor.

Liability & Service Limitations

• Osorio Pool is not responsible for water bills resulting from faulty or malfunctioning:

  • Water levelers

  • Hose timers

  • Auto-fill systems

• Osorio Pool is not responsible for maintaining pool water levels.

• We do not service pool heaters.

• We do not handle automation or programming issues.

Scheduling & Special Requests

• A special request to service the pool on a day other than the regular service day will be charged an additional $100.00.

• Regular service day: Saturday

We offer pool repairs including, but not limited to:

• Pool pumps

• Pool valves

• Pool filters

• Pool lights

• Pool salt systems

• Pool auto-fill systems

Pricing & Billing

• Monthly Service 

• Service Frequency: Once per week (four visits per month)

• Billing: An invoice is sent after four (4) completed service visits

• Four service visits complete the monthly service cycle
